    1. He wasnt able to keep all the hits he rolled. Fading for a techno is like drain for magician, the amount is based on the force/level of the spell/complex form, with the number of successful hits determining whether the drain is stun or physical. I believe kenjis resonance attribute is either a 6 or 7 so a complex form limited to 6 hits would only be a moderate amount of fading regardless of how many dice he throws at it.
